Three sisters, Viola Medlin Singletary, Gloria Medlin McCrimmon, and Cheryl Elaine Medlin, were killed in a head-on collision on Highway 690 in Moore County, North Carolina. The deadly crash occurred after a 2023 Kia crossed the center line and collided with the sisters' vehicle, completely destroying it and killing all four occupants.
Relatives will be holding a balloon release to honor one of the sisters on her birthday.
